The code scanner is not working

The app is working fine. However, whenever someone from the faculty shares some file(pdf or some other document), it doesn't open until it's downloaded completely and there is no downloading animation, only a message is displayed that "the attachment is no longer available___" , and you have to reopen the attachment on guesses until it is downloaded completely. Fix this please.
