I have used my phone number everytime I have visited a specific local shop for approx. 1 year and it never applies the amount of my purchase to earn more points. I asked the local shop regarding the situation, she said to refer to the app. because they do use my phone number on every purchase. If you like to earn points to redeem I am not sure I would recommend this app to do that.

the app was working great up until about a week ago I noticed my points stopped working. I have been stuck at 179 points despite spending well over $250 the points aren't counting at all. I use this app to save money but I've missed 3 of the $10 off $20 deals in the last week due to this glitch. and this is since I've noticed it. no telling how long its been wrong. not happy at all.

I have so many points on my one account and I broke my phone and had to get a new number. now I'm locked out of my account and there's no support number or option on the log in screen.
