Image management lets you capture photos with the device camera or select from the gallery, upload multiple images per asset, and automatically sync images when online. The app works offline-first. You can work without internet, with all data stored locally for instant access. When connection is restored, data syncs automatically, and queue management prevents data loss. Security includes login with client ID, username, and password, OTP verification, quick login via biometric (fingerprint/face) or 4-digit PIN, and session management with automatic expiry warnings. The interface is user-friendly with a clean design optimized for field work, bilingual support (English and Arabic with RTL), intuitive navigation and quick actions, and pull-to-refresh for easy updates. Job request management lets you create maintenance and soft service requests, track status and history, view open requests and details, and attach images and problem descriptions. Profile management shows employment details, organization and location information, and personal settings and preferences. Advanced settings include customizable gateway/base URL, theme selection (light/dark), language preferences, and data synchronization controls. Data synchronization offers manual sync for complete refresh, automatic background sync when online, sync status tracking with last sync timestamp, and syncing of orders, sessions, assets, lookup data, and user profile.
