UPDATE 2: NumBuster now says Moderators have made a “final decision” to deny me use of their services, but still refuses to answer the question: why does your own Help Center explicitly say that accounts deleted through “Delete account” can be restored by contacting support? I followed that exact procedure. First I was told my profile was permanently deleted; now I’m told I’m banned. Please explain why your published restoration procedure does not apply.

All Users agree to the Service Rules upon installing the application. Under these rules, all Users anonymously share information about phone numbers and uphold the principles of communication transparency. You have received final descision of Moderators. This descision will not change. Moderators have a right to deny usage of any of our services.
Its user base is quite limited; it has nice icons and a reasonably attractive design, but it lacks many features.
