This app has scammy vibes based on good intentions. however it remains a scam in terms of marketing! you'll unintentionally sign up for services just because they guilt trip you with lots of triggering words, and then you forget to take note of what you are clicking. anyhow, you'll only see your mistakes once you're bank notifications come through🤣. Secondly, when you try to cancel these subscriptions, the tone changes, and they remind you that you are fat and unhealthy and will stay just that.

worst app, you dont get a reminder of when your subscription is coming back up, so hard to try find how to cancel, can only talk to an Ai bot for help and when you finally find how to cancel i click on it and get changed again, not happy at all

Extremely disappointing customer service – Refund request ignored I am extremely disappointed with BestMe and the way they handle customer complaints. I was charged ₪89 for a recurring subscription that I did not intend to continue. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue, requesting both cancellation of the subscription and a refund. Instead of addressing my request, I keep receiving generic automated responses that fail to answer my questions or provide a solution.

I cancelled this app and even deleted it and now still be charged for both the Meal plan - this is totally unacceptable. Just view the profile and you will see I have never been on it even during the trial period. This is pure fraud and I will report it as such.
