horrible bloatware
More unremovable bloatware pre-installed on the Shield, and no way to remove it. I don't use Alexa at all.

constantly loses connection. works for a while then disconnects again

Does not work
worked great for a day or two. Now Shield turns off but doesnt provide state to Alexa so it doesn't work at all.
