app keeps closing for some reason since the last update
the app glitched out and the county transit isn't grant a refund for the $108 dollars that I put on the phone app
It was working but now its not
the best app to put your money in for bus pass
crashes too many times. will log me out and not recognize my credintials. now it just crashes a lot
The app doesn't open or log in when it does, today I couldn't use it and I haven't seen them make a warning of the system crash and how it affected a lot of people today... I found out until I spoke to report the error of whether it was just me or more people affected
Updating my review, now i just get "invalid QR code" errors. My card doesn't work either. Put extra passes and money on my balance, nothing works. Contacted customer service, just getting run around. what the heck. -Frequent Transit Rider fromOC

I hate this app. Randomly kicks me out of my account and either says my email doesn't exist or that I have no internet.
logs out and doesn't let me log in. can take long to load when it does work
