This app is really unique and helpful. I notice quite a few mental health AI apps are being newly presented, this one is really clever and formatted really nice.

Be aware that this app isn’t free. It offers only a 3-day trial, and after that, it’s quite expensive. Honestly, you’d be better off seeing a real psychologist for the price. The app’s cost doesn’t justify the service, and it’s disappointing to see these hidden fees. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for affordable mental health support.
