Terrible UX !
after providing all documents requested from and answering questions I was still told an account will not be verified. and I think this is just a means to aquire personal information and documents from people for other schemes.
Tipike ajo skema e mashtrimit që e përdorin ato kompanitë që nuk mendojnë për të ardhmën ose nuk kanë të ardhme të gjatë, në vend që të mendojnë për risi të reja, këta çdo muaj po e rrisin koston e mirëmbajtjes! Së pari e shtuan koston mujore për IBAN, tash nga 1 Tetori e paskan shtuar edhe koston mujore për kartela fizike, edhe 1€ - 3€ të kushton çdo mbushje e llogarisë, keshtu që mirëmbajtja mujore shkon prej 3€ - 6€, me shtrejt se plot banka në Kosovë, pa të ofruar asnjë opsion shtesë!
