UX, UI ใช้งานยากมาก เข้าใจยาก เมนูยิบย่อย โหลดก็ช้า อย่างน้อยก็ควรจะมีอะไรขึ้นมาให้รู้ว่ารอโหลดอยู่ ต้องมากดย้ำๆๆๆๆ แล้วตอนยืนยันตัวตนก็ทำในแอพไม่ได้ ต้องไปทำหน้าเว็บ พอจะเข้าใช้งานเพื่อไปจ่ายเงินก็ต้อง logout เพื่อที่จะ login ใหม่ด้วยเลขปชช แล้วทำไมไม่ทำให้ข้อมูล link กันได้ งงมากๆ พอจ่ายเงินเสร็จ จะกดให้คะแนนการใช้งานในแอพก็ให้ไม่ได้ ใส่ความเห็นแล้ว แต่กดส่งความเห็นไม่ได้จนต้องขอมา feedback ในนี้ ควรปรับปรุงอย่างมากค่ะ
