always says server issues
chat didn't work on the App and told me to go online. I could not access chat on my phone so I needed to change it to "Desktop mode" which the experience was less than ideal. I entered the information (including name and phone number) and accidentally hit a button that kicked me from the chat. Nobody called me back with the phone number I provided
app refuses to function or validate any account. you'll have better results just putting post-it notes around the office and hoping a wandering roach will assist you over trying to use this app.

Bottom line: They’re frigging money grubbing parasites, exploiting vulnerable people. They do not care to help. Was sent here by work. Thought it was to help pay for the counseling I'm already receiving. Turns out to access my so-called benefits it has to be through one of their counselors. 10-1 someone at Loblaw owns shares here. Screw you for kicking a guy when he's down.
Terrible app! Filled out a form, and even though all sections are completed, I keep getting an incomplete error message. Don't bother downloading this app. Use the online version
APP crashes and won't open on tablet.
Well I gave the information to a Family member in need of immediate help in counseling. App Not working for them, they tried twice. So I tried, pretty well a dead end for immediate help. Not a good system for help. They probably don't want to call the number. I'll be calling 1st thing . Not that it helps for this evening when they needed and messaged me saying it doesn't work Mom. Sad for me ,trying to help. Please make this application more user friendly and useful.
