scam they increase your subscription without telling you and then you can't downgrade online they say to call but when you call you sit on hold till they put you to a voicemail
Super easy set up! Haven't connected it to phone yet but assuming that will work just as well.
Using this app was a bad experience. Any time you open another app to look up anything related to setup or otherwise, the entire setup process starts over. Also, the Wi-Fi setup did not work at all through Bluetooth or wired connection when the unit was 20ft from my router. It did work when right next to the router. That took a long, frustrating time to figure out. I almost packed up and returned everything. Now that the wireless base is connected, it works at distance.

awesome setup was easy
I just need to update the network/password for my telo and amazed at how hard this is. Apparently my telo is too old to do it using the app, and there is no way to do it on the website. So my phone is now voicemail only until I decide who to buy a newer device from.

Easy to setup once I realized Ooma does not work with 5g wireless. it wants 2.5g.
