The app takes time to open the gate @Village Valencia, I have to spend at least five minutes just to enter or exit.

I'm struggling to update it, it cant pick up my registered number and i don't know what to do now. It's just not working for me!

I have a new Samsung A06. The app accepts my vehicle licence disc but always fails to upload my profile photo, whether from the gallery or camera. It keeps asking me to complete my profile every time. After skipping, it takes 10–20 seconds to open the vehicle gate, and it doesn't detect or open the pedestrian gate at all. Please fix these issues.
how do I run two profiles for two different estates, home and work.

I cannot create a ticket due to the "Type" drop down icon which will not allow me to select the reason for the ticket after filling in everything.
slow, glitches and does not update. un-installed, reinstalled twice now and still hangs, does not auto open and takes forever to connect. horrible app.

Concept is good, but it fails when it fails. Should implement a RFID shortrange sensor that opens up when your vehicle tag and keyring tag is in a 2 meter radius hence limiting possible vehicle theft if thief does not have your keys. emergency backup method eg. tag, remote or code should also be looked at. Note - (There are multiple 1star reviews but only show a single one in the rating summary)

Auto trigger is for vibes, it doesn't work. Most recently despite uninstalling & installing it won't open the gate. I have to send myself a code first. In crime riden South Africa, if I didn't stay in a safe area, I'd have long been hijacked due to this slow malfunctioning App.
