This seems like an abandoned app. It offered a blue picture of the brain saying I registered 74% after 10 10-second readings on my Muse-S device. I thought maybe there would be more with a full subscription, so I paid. Now nothing happens and I can't even get what I got before. The subscription promises access to OptiTrain, but I can't find that app in the Google Play store.
