CompareOpen in Google PlayI heard about this from one of my friend and just tried it and after using it for couple of minutes i can say it's working awesome the optimal zone feature is really good it helps you breathe better and get you in a calm situation... highly recommend it.

I have been using this app lately for taking HRV readings and I love it's simple design and it's scientific accuracy is on another level they are not following the junk science which everyone is using in their apps, highly recommend to everyone

It's a good app for tracking HRV and practicing biofeedback to improve your overall health as compared with other expensive apps or hrv tracking solution providers.
This is a great app with very old fashioned design but simple and easy to use, love it all.

This app offers a unique feature optimal zone with a pretty good accuracy which helps do good breathing exercises and provides relaxation to mind and body

I love it conceptually, and cool that my Drs can monitor my progress, However, so many bugs!! 1/2 of sessions lately aborted without saving my data because of web socket errors (lazy devs) or "duplicate heart beat" errors (lazy devs). I don't care if it gets a transient error, keep recording! or at least save the data collected so far! It also doesn't work offline because it can't validate my subscription, devs never heard of cache? unbelievable 😵💫

Hi we are sorry about these issues. Our dev team has fixed the duplicate heart beat error, we are working on improving the web socket error, unfortunately we don't have an offline version of the app yet this is on our product roadmap for next year, thanks for understanding, feel free to contact us at support@optimalhrv.com.
