Far from good 1 address close to last one but second on other side of city,non sens!! First must do the further addres then turn back and do the closer??!! Why? Big van turn back in tide country line ,hate it.this app has no clue how to set propelly route!

It makes dispatching easy to organize and follow.
The inaccuracies for distance & timing is truly ridiculous. Time after time I'll compare my GPS location within optimoroute, optimo will even match your exact location with Google maps & waze, yet, show you're still not near your determined destination within its own app. It'll show your destination is still another street away or down the street. These inaccuracies really are costly in drivers delivery times and compensation rating. I really despise this app. No I won't contact customer service

unreliable extremely inaccurate with traveling time. never accurate or reliable after useage for 1.5 yrs.
