The My Orange application is dedicated to Orange customers and OROC (Orange Romania Communications) fixed and fixed-mobile customers. All the details you need regarding consumption, bill, subscriptions and extra options are now in a single mobile application. The My Orange application allows you to: • view the available benefits and options in your account • manage your active services in your account • modify your subscription or options • find out the PUK code, activate services for your mobile voice SIM card (e.g. roaming, international calls, voicemail) • view and pay your bill, plus your bill history • pay a friend's bill • activate the electronic bill • confirm and postpone bill payment • quickly top up an Orange PrePay number and schedule automatic monthly top-ups • check how many Thank You points you have accumulated and their value online • quickly get in touch with us What you need to know: • to use the application you need an internet connection via the mobile network or Wi-Fi • the application does not provide information about Corporate subscriptions • you can allow the application to collect network data in order to improve the performance of the Orange network and use your location to find the nearest Orange store.
