This application prompts for credentials at the worst possible time. The stupid thing drops your account information and must be re-entered. Dumb. Two of my unused tickets are saying that they expired yet have an expiration date of Oct 2025. Now they are stealing your money. I tried Customer Support, no success. There's is no betterment whatsoever. Every date listed equals an issue experienced. 10/23/25 10/30 10/27 12/10 1/6/26 1/15 2/5 3/17 5/12 5/14 6/2 9/8 PIECE OF GARBAGE.
