Will not update my check in status therefore an auto message displays stating I missed my recent check in date which looks as if I am simply not checking in. I feel like this system glitch should be TOP PRIORITY for the developers as this is a major malfunction that could potentially have someone wrongfully arrested for bail jumping. This is our freedom at stake here and wish the folks running this software would try to see our perspectives!

I'm on bond with El Amigo Bonds in Eagle Pass Texas. I've been checking in on Bailtec for over 2 years. Suddenly last Friday the App says NONE on check in. I called the El Amigo and they had me call a Ms. Garcia and did I did what she said and assumed everying was good. When I went to check in this Friday I had the same situation. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous timeI again called and El Amigo was very rude and said they were going off my bond, because I haven't checked in. Pleas Help.
