Easy peasy
Terribly confusing. Had to go back and forth 16 times to get the app. It's ridiculous.
the worst experience i've had with a third party rental company not only did they offer a service, but they overbooked me me telling them not to do it.As for 2 weeks then I changed for 1 week.Still had to pay for 2 weeks and they couldn't do nothing about changing it, customer service is terrible? All they're interested is in selling , not caring for the customers
Car rental estimate was not as expected. Almost 2x the amount listed in application. Would never recommend other to use this. It feels like a switch and bait scam.

app fine, dealing with orbitz is YOU GET WHAT YOU TRY TO PAY FOR" $78.00 TURNED INTO $360.00. Booked a car thru Orbitz to Driveus car rental orlando. charged us $160.00 for showing up late for pick up when their shuttle took 1 hour to pick up. Orbitz has no partnership to guarantee the contract u originally booked. but they can change it!

When I tried to actually pay for the flight there a numerous fields that wouldn't accept any input. For example, it refused both my visa cards as "unsupported card type" It insisted on State and Provence, but wouldn't accept Florida for either. They were several more glitches along the same lines. It was ridiculous. I finally went online to complete the transaction. The app is terrible.
Not too bad, it just seems like every time I find a great deal on tickets, someone else beats me to it !!!

I've been using Orbitz for as long as it's been a thing, but after a recent incident where a hotel cancelled my reservation and moved it to another hotel that was way worse, I tried to write an honest review. Orbitz keeps rejecting it. Makes me wonder if others had the same thing happen and Orbitz hid it. I'll be finding a new booking app for my trips now. I don't like shady businesses supporting other shady businesses. I'm done with Orbitz.
