The app is a lifesaver. I run my shop on instagram. the late order alert saved me few times already, it caught an order I'd completely forgotten about and I got it out before the customer even noticed the delay.

Great app its just really difficult to add your own products and customer names without going through the orders tab. its great but it just needs a few tweaks. I deleted a product for example and it still shows up along with details( which I can't delete).

me and my wife run a small cloud kitchen in pune. we both use same account now and both can see new orders coming. no more she asking me and me asking her. peace at home also haha
