Rebranding from Rapid to Flash
Order from local restaurants, send parcels, and track every order live.
Flash — everything you need, delivered fast. Order from your favourite restaurants, discover deals near you and send parcels across town — all from one app. What you can do with Flash • Discover nearby restaurants: browse the restaurants, categories and offers available in your area. • Order in a few taps: pick your meal and extras, add them to the cart, and pay by card or in cash on delivery. • Live tracking: follow your order at every step — from the kitchen to your door — and call your driver directly when you need to. • Parcel delivery: send a parcel from one address to another; choose the sender, receiver, parcel size and vehicle, and track it until it arrives. • Coupons and deals: apply discount coupons and save on your orders. • Favourites and reorder: save the places you love and reorder past meals in one tap. • Rate your order: tell us how it went after each delivery so we keep getting better. • Fast support: reach our support team right inside the app. • Delivery zones: see straight away whether we deliver to your address, and ask us to let you know when we reach your area. You may know us as Rapid — same service, new name.
