keeps asking for my password why

for the price i paid it does what i wanted.

nightmare to set up 4 days now keeps saying email and password don't exist. now waiting for someone else to try.

not installing on my laptop

All the time this app keeps switching the sound detection back on despite t urning it off. This is a major privacy issue since it is located inside the home .

keeps going offline, even though WiFi signal where device is located is excellent, have to delete and re-add device to get it working again. Can't do that unless in the house right next to it. Real pain if you're away on holiday, so not much of a security device
