nice app. sometimes it takes forever waiting on the phone while trying to book your ride. it would be nice if the app gives us the opportunity to book ride or change our method of payment from cash to ventra. Thank you so much.

It's not a bad app, but a suggestion going forward. Being able to reserve a ride through the app over being on hold for sometimes up to 10 minutes. And putting the option of vouchers through a qr code or account that takes money off the account. To prevent losing a voucher.

I am having trouble logging in. How do I create a Trip Check ID. What is that even? It won't let create an account without a Tip Check ID. I have no idea what that is. Please help.
