doesn't allow viewing plan and deductibles

So janky! Feels like someone's first ever app. Fails to login half the time. Freaks out bc I don't share my location data with the app, which it should not need to function.

App works well

Doesn't even show me my pre-authorization list which I need to check all the time because they keep denying medication I need to survive Lupus. Guess I should expect them to leave out something helpful

where are the biometrics? its a serious pain in the rear to have a secure password and type it on the go. Mobility is the purpose of a mobile app.
