I keep my shifts on my phone. The latest upgrade to the ap makes the ap force close every time I try to open it. get it fixed or I go back to a diary. Updated 09/02/13 - new software works but all my shift patterns need re-inputting as they disappeared with the bad update. not happy. Update 31/8/2026 13.5 years to respond. Must be a record.

purchased this app out right working great for years and all of a sudden there's a bunch of ads and it's asking me to subscribe to remove them that's just dirty dirty tactics, stay away! update: so it turns out that they have been doing this switch out purposefully because all my colleagues at work used to use the same app and the same thing happened to them so they also left bad reviews. They are not subscribing and neither am I. They will eventually just lose their user base.

Gave this app a chance because co-workers used it in the past. Setting it up was extremely difficult because ads kept popping up for every little change I made. Whoever put the ads in definitely didn't understand the proper etiquette of when to show ads. Definitely not intuitive setting up but once you get it running it seems decent.

Used this for a couple of years now, would recommend it. No tech support though.. Emails ignored..so be warned.. I posted the above in 2016, just got a reply in 2026!!!!! like I said there's no technical support, but I used the app for 12 years and found it useful for my shifts.

This app used to be a one time purchase to upgrade to full features, developers changed to a subscription model, and removed previously paid for functionality. Initial customer service response was basically "bad luck, your previous purchased upgrade is gone. please join our new subscription". Update: They have 'upgraded' my account to part of the subscription, restoring functionality I previously had, but I still receive pop-ups. App could also use improved features like reordering shifts

I purchased MyShiftWork as a one-time purchase and have been a loyal user for years. I understand new customers may be placed on a subscription model, but existing customers who already paid should not be required to pay again. It is unfair to change the agreement after purchase. Please honour the original one-time licence for long-term users or provide a fair alternative that recognises the commitment and support we have given your app over the years.
