I can not log into to access CTLS Parent using the App. I am able to see it off the app, but I can not access the app. I am logging in with the credentials. They say they haven't heard this, and I see some reviews that are having similar issues. This is a bit frustrating.
Annoyed and Frustrated. The school is asking me to communicate via the CTLS parent app but, I have not been able to sign in because the app will not accept my password. When I type my password the letters are not displayed in the box, so I thought it was a security feature. WRONG!!! The app is not allowing the password to be entered, then it states my email or password is invalid. My email address and password is correct but the app is not allowing me to input the password. Please fix app ASAP

This app will not let me enter my password. However, when I use my apple device, it works fine, which is inconvenient because that is my work phone. My primary device is android. This is not accommodating at all.

Can't input password for the life of me. This is on a Galaxy S21 and S22 phones. I even tried plugging in an external keyboard. What is wrong?

The app constantly logs me out, and now when I try to log in, it doesn't let me type in my password to log in.

This app worked great until about a week ago. Now it won't keep me logged in, and when I log back in, it says "session expired, please log in again". It just keeps looping back. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, and that didn't fix it.

Great app everything at my fingertips.
Bad can never get it to open. When it did - I had lots of complications trying to navigate. Parentvue is easier

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
