Know what you own. Plan what you need. CrossStitch Project Ledger is a personal cross stitch thread organizer for your own stash, project requirements and shopping shortfalls. Keep embroidery floss records offline, reserve known stock for projects, and see what remains to buy. YOUR THREAD, YOUR CODES Enter your own brand, line, code and variant, including specialty thread. Keep leading zeros, personal notes and favorites. Record counted or estimated quantities in eighths of practical skein-equivalents, or mark a quantity Unknown. Unknown stock is excluded from availability; estimates stay clearly labelled. PLAN A PROJECT Select several thread requirements before adding them. Review Need, Reserved, Available and Buy quantities together. Reserve and release stock explicitly. Reservations allocate recorded stock without consuming it automatically. FROM SHORTFALL TO SHOPPING Make a shopping list from a project and add manual supplies. Check unknown stock before buying. Mark bought quantities, then review and explicitly add them to stash. Marking an item bought alone does not change inventory. KEEP COPIES YOU CONTROL Save a complete local backup, preview a replace restore, and export basic CSV records. Backups include your ledger, history and drafts. They do not transfer purchase ownership. Files are readable copies handled by the storage provider or recipient you choose. USEFUL FREE WORKFLOW Free includes 50 stash thread keys, 2 total projects with 1 Active, individual requirements and reservations, one shopping list from one project plus manual items, purchase review and commit, full backup/replace restore and basic CSV export. Archived projects count toward the project limit. Light, dark and high-contrast appearance are included. OPTIONAL LIFETIME PRO A one-time upgrade adds unlimited stash/project counts, multiple Active projects, combined and multiple shopping lists, cross-project allocation overview, dedicated history, tags, advanced filters, saved views, batch tools, supported CSV import, controlled pack tools, personal substitution records, advanced CSV, backup merge and A4/Letter PDF lists. There is no subscription. Existing records remain accessible for safe edits, recovery and basic export if Pro is unavailable. Current local pricing is shown by Google Play. FOCUSED AND LOCAL No PatchMedia account, ads, developer analytics or cloud sync. Google Play handles purchase and restore operations and may process technical Billing information. Core ledger work is offline; purchase and restore need Google services. After reinstalling, restore Pro separately with the same Google Play account. This is a recordkeeping tool, not a pattern reader or designer. No manufacturer catalog, color-matching service or manufacturer affiliation is supplied.
