Regular Pathao user, but this was awful. My parcel was picked up in perfect condition with the full address given. It reached the destination hub on time, then sat there with no update. No hotline, so I used live chat. They said it's damaged but wouldn't explain how or what condition it's in. Promised delivery the next day. Today a generated reply says 3 to 5 days, no tentative date. Never seen such unprofessionalism. Deleting the app. Useless service.
Very often we are overcharged due to driver's taking longer routes deliberately. However complaining about the fare, or request to review it can hardly be submitted on the app. And, it case it can we submitted, I actually never heard back from Pathao.
A complete scam. Pathao drivers deliberately take longer routes and they charge way too much extra fare for that. worst experience
No Customer Support! I repeat, no option to complain/ resolve any issues. No options for solution. Wheneven I submit any issues, it shows error notice! Uber is far better in this case.

Extremely disappointed with Pathao! On Oct 1, 2026, traveling from Mirpur 12 to Gulistan with family, car drivers repeatedly accepted and canceled rides, wasting 2.5 hours. Why do drivers accept only to cancel? Left with no choice, I took a Pathao CNG estimated at BDT 321. The driver intentionally took an 8-10 km longer route to inflate the fare to BDT 550 and forced me to pay. This unfair route manipulation and cancellation behavior is unacceptable. Pathao must take action against this driver.
never able to pay digital payments
Pathao food is simply a fraud. ordered food and paid in advance, they didn't deliver my food but marked the order delivered after 6 hours. I've reported that in the app and they didn't even contact or refund me.
Took almost 3 hours to deliver parcel and also delivery boy was too rude
So a order is stuck for an hour and you cannot cancel that, then wait 15 min in their customer care queue and told they will let you know if order is canceled. Google should introduce minus star
