This was a blessing when I was in the hospital. The person taking care of my cat did not have worry about feeding times. Nala was always fed at the same time.
I just bought this pet feeder and can't get past the setup phase on the start dispensing screen with a "operation too frequent" error.
The worst app I have ever had to use, ever, without eggageration. Constantly times out when you try to make any changes to feeding plan or dispense food on command. Takes multiple tries to do anything. Unfortunately, you have to use this app if you have this brand of pet feeder. I don't understand how the pet feeder company could have used such incompetent app developers.

Worked well initially but now it won't let me adjust the food portion so my cat is stuck getting too little food

Until I get support for the issue that I got I am leaving 1 star. Just bought the feeder, it worked at first, but the next day the lights were out and it didn't react when I tried unlocking it or resetting the wifi or resetting it whole to default. Unplugging it didn't help either. It just beeps once when plugged back in and doesn't work. Tried everything with instructions and a tech-savy person who is guessing that it's a firmware issue but something just doesn't add up. Ticket already created

Looks good, need more time to test it.
Great product but app needs refinement as others mention. Should be able to edit times in an existing schedule but I'm having to recreate a new schedule instead. Feeding button should be more obvious too. Dark mode would be helpful for accessibility too.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
