since the updated t&c it is literally impossible to verufy your account since photos wont upload or take or send so you go in loops for infinity trying and never working. use coinbase insteaf

Keep getting transaction rejected for security reasons with no explanation. Support can't give me any help other than to try again in a few hours! The app works great for small $100 buys, but is useless for anything larger!

I got a refund and found someone else to use it should take all day for my bitcoin to arrive in my bitcoin wallet it's went to another app all it took few minutes

The first time I launched the app, I noticed that my account needed verification. So, I initiated the verification process, to get it out of the way. However, after submitting pictures of my ID and all of my personal information (including SSN), I was presented with an error message that said "we could not verify your info, contact support", so I did. The response I got was insulting and threatening. I started reading reviews, now I'm convinced that they're criminals. With my info. DO NOT USE!!!
