Has been very slow lately.

Good overall software for Nails Technicians keep track of services and turns. It also incorporate the Merchants services with very competitive rates. But for the booking features needs more improvement. Customers services are okay and to make any changes, bug fixes and features takes take very long time for developer to approve and make changes. English speaking technical supports are 24 hours but outsources to Filipino workers..

Good salon pos

there is always a problem, we have to call at least every other day of an issue. especially w text messaging. but yet we are still charged for it when its not our fault.
