such a user unfriendly app. am uninstalling it now!!

Terrible as it does not show the dates of service for bills that have been paid together and simply refers to them as "Multiple". How can I keep track of past payments when I don't even know which dates of service I paid for???

Totally useless. i try to reset my password and get nothing but a server error on the app and via desktop browser.

NO VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT I made a payment using your app. I was not provided a transaction number or a receipt. Making your app a liability to me. I selected contact but was only sent to a faq. Again and Again. Why do you have a contact area. When i can't contact anyone.

I can no longer access the app. says it needs to be updated but I cannot update. Tried their website thinking that may be easier but I have reset my password at least 5 times and still no access.

Great

This app is terrible. You can't go in and change your password. No one from customer service picks up the phone for help. They charge you twice for invoices that have been paid. This is a very frustrating issue dealing with this app.
