bad experience

For the first few months it was good then, on a random day it asks for my number or email, a face scan and my pin every time when I open the app it got even more worse when my details are not working to open the wallet. DO NOT TRY THIS APP!

I'm extremely disappointed with your service. You keep deducting money without any notification or explanation, even when I'm not using the app. First AED 1–2, then AED 4, and now AED 9! What exactly is going on? This is unacceptable. Stop these unauthorized deductions immediately and explain where my money is going. I want my money refunded. I will not tolerate this anymore.

My Payit LetsGo card was misused, and unauthorized cash withdrawals happened while I was outside the UAE, even though the physical card was with me the entire time. I filed a complaint with the bank, but no action has been taken from their side yet. Because of this, the Payit app is completely useless and lacks safety for our hard-earned money.

very werst application, PAY IT to PAY IT money transfer charges started, it is very bad, and PAY IT to other bank account transfer charges increased, no any one use this application, at least please remove the PAY IT to PAY IT transfer charges..
