I am disappointed with my experience with Payoneer. My first application was declined before I submitted any verification documents or address proof. I was not given a clear explanation of the specific reason for the decision.
Zero customer service
This app is trash. It works fine at first, but once you have a larger amount of money in your account, they freeze or ban it and keep your funds. If you care about your money and want it to stay safe, stay away from this app. The choice is yours, but I would never recommend it.
If you have all the original documents, you won't face any difficulties. The best part is that their help center and representatives are excellent and very kind. As for the app, it is very user-friendly and includes great features for sending or receiving money. In my opinion, it is excellent in every respect.
