Sir, with due respect, the issue you faced was due to a temporary technical glitch, which can occur on any genuine application. If money is not getting added due to a technical interruption, calling the app “fake” is factually incorrect. Our systems are fully secure, BBPS-authorised, and thousands of users add money successfully every day.
