terrible service, almost two months now and KYC /compliance not reviewed and no feedback from their team
Very poor experience so far. I received a payment from a client, paystack removed their fees and refused sending the money to the bank account. this is 1 week now and the payout is still pending. The support team is the slowest I've ever dealt with as though they are confused cos whenever I reach out it's the same process they're trying to follow all the time and no feedback has been provided. I'm definitely looking for other alternatives after this one.

This people has placed my business on review and they have holded my money, no replies or anything, this people are fraud, working well on small amounts the moment you receive a huge amount they fraud you. People's business are in debt because of them I won't recommend them, if you want depression and wordt experience then trust them at your own peril. worst customer service ever, and even they don't respect there clients they will just steal from you.Don't assume this reviews you see online.

It's fortunate people work with your platform, either it was recommended to them or they came across it via online to carryout their project, after approving their Paystack account. Suddenly, once payment is been made, after removing your charges, you withhold their money for their project, telling them one excuse or the other. Kindly release my payout as soon as possible Paystack, this is no longer interesting as you're gradually killing your business.
