Pepper Cloud - Mobile CRM

hi, the messages that I typed on the app were not sent to the customer. if I type on the browser version, it works. please rectify. I've just uninstall and install the app. the problem still persist.

when using phone the apps keep lag and hang, in the middle of replying customer will be kick out from the apps..it would be great if can fix this problem.
