An easy match-3 with no lives. Play for fun, pick up chemistry by accident.
Bond Swap is an easy match-3 where the tiles are atoms. Swap two of them, and when the atoms touching can share all their bonds, they react, clear, and new ones drop in. Two H on an O is water. Play it for fun. You'll pick up how atoms bond anyway.
HOW IT PLAYS
Every atom shows the bonds it wants as little dots. Hydrogen wants 1. Oxygen wants 2. Nitrogen wants 3. Carbon wants 4. Fill every dot and the molecule goes. That's the whole rule, and it's the same idea you'd meet in chemistry class.
• Swap any atom with its neighbor. A swap that makes nothing slides back and costs no move.
• Make a molecule next to a helium tube to let the helium out.
• Bigger molecules leave a glowing atom behind. Use it in your next molecule and it clears a row, a column or a 3×3 square.
• Stuck in one corner? Stir shuffles the board.
WHAT'S IN IT
• 30 levels in three worlds: the early atmosphere, organic chemistry, then pools and hot springs. Carbon, nitrogen, chlorine and sulfur join in as it gets harder.
• Today's lab: one new board a day, the same starting board for everyone. Compare scores with your family.
• The Compendium: every molecule you make unlocks a page with what it's used for and one fact. 37 to find.
NO LIVES, NO WAITING
Play as long as you like. There's no energy timer and nothing to buy mid-level. You'll see one ad between levels at most, never during one. Run out of moves and you can choose to watch an ad for five more. One purchase removes the ads for good.
Plays offline. No account. For 8th grade and up, and anyone who likes a puzzle.
