overall, since I never had an accident, I didn't use the app much. but the last year or so when I go to pay my bill, I can't login or even access my insurance info through the app. they don't mind taking my money but can't even provide me with a digital card to show if I were to get pulled over?! absolutely ridiculous how long this has been going on. I'll definitely be looking into other insurance carriers when my policy expires
couldn't be happier with my insurance, so I went on another term for that reason
their thieves my daughter had the insurance where she paid over 6 something a month and every month. til one day she paid her monthly payment like clockwork they took their payment. to where sent her cancellation statement say she did pay. she had bank documents stated that she paid in full. so someone took her money and blamed her for not paying and they refused to compensate or bother to look for the missing money that they received. with some of their agents works from home their stealing

told me to pay my balance to reinstate the policy I did then they immediately try and charge me over $107 extra and won't reinstate policy watch out for these frauds

ridiculous I have to bounce between Gmail tab to the General App to get the pass code and when I do it reloads the App making the pass code I got useless, even if I'm off the app for less than 5 seconds. Then I get to repeat the process several times until it randomly decides to not reset on me. No good reason not to let me receive the pass code via text. It would cure the constant headache of trying to login for 15 minutes just to pay a bill.

This is a Very, very poor insurance company. I will NEVER use this company again. Be For warned, they will drop your policy for no other reason. Afterwards, the jump on the 'Narc' train and report you to the state before you know what's going on. I'm gonna do whatever is necessary to Pull this company as an insurer.
