when I download this game, it does not stay on my phone. It goes right back to the Play Store, where I downloaded it. That happens to all the games I install!

Hi, you can try to restart your device and also clear the cache for the app. If that doesn’t help, please contact us at bighitstd@gmail.com.
Ads will not play for bonuses, keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am! Game designers just do not want you get your bonuses, extra points etc!

I'm uninstalling.. I have lost several games because of the spot of the discard pile, the stupidest place ever to have a discard pile especially underneath your box your trying to put your card into, but it gets thrown into the discard pile instead because it's like the Hungry Hungry Hippo's & wants to take your card so fast! disappointed because I love me some phase 10 & the other game gets boring after a while
ADS!! Most Apps if you pay to Remove Ads on ONE Device it Removes ADS on ALL YOUR DEVICES. I paid to Remove ADS on my phone but I'm still getting ADS on my tablet. I mention this because to Remove ADS permanently its $14.99. Outrageous if I have to pay $14.99 for both. Please let me know?

Why is the ONLY avatar that is representing people of color a cave woman??? There are plenty of white characters to choose from, male and female. Gross
great version of phase 10. my only complaint is that I switched phones and had to start over. is there a way to log in to my original game with the play store? update: 4/7/26 - still not able to get the add removed. if I try to purchase the ad removal, it fails because I previously purchased on my old phone. I cannot get rid of the ads. its becoming frustrating. update: 6/26/26: they reached out and helped me to verify my previous purchase and sent a code to remove the ads.
