completely garbage app cost too much then offers a 14 day refund and when you ask for it they give you excuses ....dont use it

I dont know whats wrong but the Ai replies are so random and completely out of context. We were talking about studying for exams and the replies are just so funny and out of context.. Its like talking to a person with memory loss saying whst ever thats on their mind.IS the Ai gotten mad and is there anyway of fixing it. Anyway the most random answers are some how hillarious..
