very bad 👎
the app is pretty consistently buggy and very slow
I can never sign in to this dumb app. Username correct password correct. it will take me to internet windows then back to app all for it not to sign in.

you can really tell they fired their IT department because nothing on their mobile app seems to work. can't even log in. it is a frustration. I just hate now

absolutely trash app. Will not load on wifi or on mobile dad nor when connecting to presbyterian wifi directly. trying to connect to mychart errors out day and night also no help from technical support. The new multi point security is trast and does not work. The old mychart worked great.

Actually, the new security is so complicated, with paths confusing. All in all this only rates ½ a star. If that. GET RID OF THIS FRUSTRATING PIECE OF OR AT LEAST PROVIDE AN OPT OUT. Awful. Awful. Just plain awful.
this app sucks it won't even let me sign in. they need to fix this ASAP.
