Shared grocery list, chores and birthday reminders for the whole family
“Buy milk” got buried in the group chat. Family Errands is a family organizer that keeps your household errands and chores in one place, not scattered across chats and sticky notes. You get a family calendar, a shared grocery list, a birthday calendar and reminders. It works great on your own, but it’s even better with two: what one of you adds at home, the other sees at the store. Changes to shared errands show up on the phones of everyone you’ve shared them with. 🎯 What you get together ✅ Family calendar: all your errands and important dates on one screen. ✅ Birthday calendar: a reminder before every birthday, plus a countdown to the day. ✅ Shared grocery list: one of you adds an item at home—the other sees it at the store. ✅ Time and location reminders: they go off exactly when and where you need them. ✅ Home screen widgets: see your errands without opening the app. Family calendar Browse planned errands day by day and stay on the same page with your family. A dot under a date shows at a glance that something is already planned for that day. One tap opens the whole month. Birthday calendar and anniversaries Save birthdays for family, friends and acquaintances, and the app will remind you ahead of time. The countdown shows how many days are left and how old the person is turning. You can save wedding anniversaries and other yearly dates the same way. Add gift ideas, favorite things and notes about the people you love. After each birthday, record how you celebrated and what the gift was, then add photos and the location. Shared grocery list and checklists Add items at home, and your family sees the updated list at the store. Check items off and build the week’s grocery list together. Create checklists for cleaning, packing for a trip or getting ready for the holidays. Copy a list from a chat—the app offers to turn it into an errand, with each line as a separate item. Errands and chores Put everything that needs to get done in one place: grocery shopping, cleaning the kitchen, watering the plants. Create errands for yourself and your family—anyone you share an errand with can see and edit it. You can also hand off an errand to someone else in the family, and it becomes theirs. Set up recurring chores once and they repeat on their own: daily, weekly, monthly or on your own schedule. Time and location reminders Set a date and time, and the reminder arrives right on time. For important errands, have the reminder repeat until you check the errand off. Reminders marked as important ring even when your phone is on silent. A location reminder goes off when you arrive at a place you’ve chosen or leave it. For example, when you walk into the store you picked, your grocery list shows up right in the notification. Your location isn’t sent to our servers. Shared notes and widget Keep notes just for yourself or share them with your family: plans, ideas and little things that are easy to forget. Notes also work as templates: write your barbecue list once, and before every barbecue, turn it into a new errand with the grocery list ready to go. The note stays for next time.
