MENU AND TABLES Build your menu from categories, dishes and priced extras: oat milk, an extra shot, no onions. Change it mid-shift. Add a dish, move a price or mark one unavailable when the kitchen runs out, and every device has it a second later. Draw your floor as a table map with rooms, from the dining room to the patio, and see at a glance which tables are cooking, ready to serve or paid. PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS AND SPLIT CHECKS Take payment at the table or at the counter. Take a discount off the check, as a percentage or a fixed amount, under a name of your own. Split the check by tapping the lines each customer is paying for, and record every payment as cash, card or a method you name yourself. Platevio records the payment and leaves the money to you: it works alongside the cash register you already have, and you keep your card terminal and your bank. TAXES BY CATEGORY Add as many taxes as you need, each with its own rate, and choose which menu categories it applies to: one rate for food, another for drinks. Say whether your prices already include it or it is added on top, and every check and receipt shows it. EVERYONE SEES THEIR OWN JOB Invite your staff by email and give each person a role: owner, administrator, manager, server, cook, bartender, cashier or delivery driver. Each one sees exactly the part of the shift that is theirs, and a change of role reaches their device instantly.
