trash, why can't I put start and select on the m1 and m2 buttons, why is this app full of everything except the actual controller settings? what are we doing? I dont want social media in my controller app!!
I can't use it in luna cloud anymore everything else works!? 😭
Super Cool Loving it so far! update so I got this a while back I don't use it very much I may have used it two dozen maybe three dozen times in a year or two it was working just fine then out of nowhere just completely stops working everything on the left side of the controller analog L1 L2 and the d-pad I looked it up it's a very common problem they know about it it's the internal ribbon and I'm pretty much just screwed over and I spent good money on this I will badmouth backbone to everyone

I didn't think is was possible to make the user experience any worse but Backbone somehow pulled it off. It went from an over priced mid grade controller with a decent app that hides features behind a paywall to an over priced controller with features hidden behind a paywall inside of one of the worst and most unusable apps I have come across. The app is completely ruined now. At this point there is nothing left that is good about Backbone or the controller.

perfect for my needs
Backbone app no longer works on my Pixel 10 Pro and always says Internal Server Error, with no further info. Have tried clearing storage and cache to no avail. I can still use the actual Backbone controller for remote play with the PS5, but the app is now redundant

The Backbone Pro in my experience is not reliable, after less than 4 months I am experiencing many issues. Connectivity between the Backbone and my devices grows poorer with every use... and this Backbone no longer works with my tablet at all. What started off as promising is now a nightmare.
