I've been using this app for some time, and I have found it to be a very useful tool in managing my hayfever and asthma symptoms. Recording my symptoms on the app, I believe, assists researchers at ANU with their studies.
Doesn't send verification code to email - still waiting hours later Which means the app is useless. May as well uninstall. I notice no response from developer in reviews. And yes, I checked local spam, and on server. NOTHING.
This app is rubbish. Couldn't even get in to it. It asks me to approve GPS location and then it just freezes. Can't go forward, can't go back. Uninstalling now.

Edit: the back button doesn't work! Please fix this! App is a bit all over the place compared to the old one. It now remembers I've subscribed! (the old one had to verify the purchase every time you opened it). For those having trouble with their old subscription on the new app; you first need to create a new account using the same email address as your subscription, then once you're in the app you go to settings and select "Restore Purchases" then it instantly gave me the premium features.
I purchased a subscription. now been kicked out of the app. and its trying to tell me im not registered and trying to make me pay again. no contact information for me to resolve this. very disappointed and feeling ripped off. please restore my account or provide me my money back - as i am not paying twice having had this app less than a month

As someone that suffers from server hayfever, this app helps me plan and prepare for periods of more intense pollen in terms of outdoor activity, airing my house and medication.
