fantastic
This app is terrible. When trying to put search information in like state, it will not display or allow you to select or type the state so you can't complete the search. Commission information gets you a 401 error. I don't think they test the app before putting it into production.
won't let me sign in
App requires you to enter a state but doesn't let you enter one, therefore, making it impossible to move forward.

this app is very user unfriendly .. I keep getting other people's inquiries, which seems to be user inappropriate.

good
I've been trying to login for 2 hours. Apparently,I forgot my password, which I don't think I did. I ask Google how to change password on this app. A post from Physicians Mutual answers the question (not really) "Go to the apps home page and select 'change password". Simple enough. So I go back to the app. If you're not already logged in, the home page is the login page, andit has 'Username' and 'Password', but guess what? No 'Forgot Password' exists on the login page. Ugh. I also tried the URL.

how do you get setup on it?????
This app is cloned. Please remove all devices from this app.
This application does not even open. The font that says login, in the yellow box, is so small you can hardly read it. I just assumed i should tap to open. When i did, the box disappeared, and a circle appeared that just kept going around and around like it was trying to open but never did. I have installed and uninstalled it several times. Also tried powering on and off my phone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
