terrible service and the momey they take of.you for transferring ect they take money left right and center of benefits money to its illegal gor them to do this and also pending money no thats our money rhey can't keep getting away with it am tKin to the top!

Good to get you out of trouble but could do with more or quicker notification
Never had any issues as yet only thing that confuses me is how to get tje advance payment i pay for premium and still not eligible not to worried would be nice to see something come out off me using the bank account and paying 10.99 a month for it not give me any benefits tho love the bank
unfortunately this app didn't work for me, Im self employed and dont get paid the same amount of money each week by a company, Even after sending 2 months of bank statements with a minimum of £5000 going in each month, I was still asked to send more evidence of my banking. So now ive just given up.
although I've only had my new pockit account a few days im very impressed with the way it's set up . got my card very quickly. Great colour. looks impressive altogether.
poor customer service and your account can be reviewed at any time stopping you accessing your funds.
