Real easy to put money in but try to withdraw the money and they have every reason why you cant. Scammers go else where
Customer services is the worst its been 2 weeks and my issue hasn't been resolved yet they still owe me money from games i betted on but Customer service isn't helping at all they said they would resolve it and they stoped responding no updates either the customer services is the worst.
this app is sketchy and the customer service is among the worst. they tried to block my account saying I failed my identification stuff. all my info i put in was correct. their customer service said they are keeping my account locked down amd that I am sketchy and they are not obligated to tell me why they did it and wont help me to redo ny verification. they are awful. such rudeness and unprofessionalism I would not recommend polymarket.

doesn't work, it just says "can't verify" or something and shuts down. been happening for days and support is clueless.
Really like the app overall. The group chat and betting with friends is great. Being able to see personal bets and follow them easily is super helpful. The graph and gains section needs some work though. It doesn’t show accurate wins or losses no matter what time frame I pick. Also keep getting an error when I try to message in my own group saying I’m not authorized. A few bugs like these need fixing.
